What is W.O.W.?
W.O.W or Women of Worth is the global ministry of Hope D. Blackwell encouraging, equipping, and empowering women to walk in their true value and be the wives, mothers, sisters, and leaders necessary to transform lives and advance God's Kingdom in our world today. We teach women their purpose and value through the word of God, prayer and impartation, and mentoring. God is requiring us to come "back to the garden" and walk in our Kingdom mandate!
Who is W.O.W.? W.O.W is you, it's me, it's every woman! Ladies we are every woman! We've been through it, we've seen it, and we've felt it. Whatever your "it" may be, someone else has been there, done that, and yes.... "got the T-shirt! It's time for a refilling, refocusing, and refreshing, so we can snatch the daughters of God out of the grips of low self worth, sin, shame, and guilt. No matter what our title, income level, age range, marital/family status, or our place of residence; the same things cause us to cry, bring us joy, get us excited, grieve our hearts, bring us great pain, and the same things make us laugh out loud as women! So it's you, it's me, and it's time for every woman to understand their value and discover their purpose in the Kingdom of God. God is looking for daughters of Zion to teach and empower the upcoming generation to walk in His power, purpose, and plans.... Ladies, our King awaits! The harvest is plentiful but the laborers are few!
Why W.O.W.?
Ladies, God needs the Women of Worth! God is calling us to break the barriers and obstructions that for too long have blocked us from walking in unity, influence, and power as one as women in the body of Christ. It's our time to walk with the men and turn this world right side up. We must break away from the grip of these “feminist” behaviors and movements and erroneous teachings that for too long have caused us to be out of sync with God’s heart for women. Women of worth are the helpers, encouragers, comforters, protectors, and life givers that will help to reclaim this earth and present it back to God. Join me and "every woman" as we laugh, love, learn, and live together for the purposes of God in the earth, subduing nations and overtaking the kingdoms of this world in every sphere. We must reach the lost and hurting, while making disciples throughout the world for an end time harvest like we have never known or seen.
A W.O.W. ministry in your area? 
Yes! If you are in or outside of VA, or even the country we would love to partner with your ministry, church, business, or organization to help you jumpstart your own W. O. W. women's ministry to encourage, equip, and empower women with a powerful life changing, yet foundational teaching. It is then that we can snatch men, women, and children out of the grips of the enemy and inspire them to live victorious lives in Christ! Let us take you "back to the garden" and pour into you a deeper understanding of your full worth and purpose in the Kingdom of God. Your church will be blessed and lives will be changed and the community enhanced by W.O.W.There are no dues or any monetary requirements for this great ministry to serve in your area. After connecting and praying, we will contact women and leaders in your area or through your pastoral leaders and elders, pray and plan a “jump off” WOW weekend.We will come out and share the heart of Women of Worth ministry with leaders and women in your area who we can serve in this great way!

STRATEGY: Mobilizing women of all ages, races, status, cultures, and denominations across the world through "Back to the Garden" W. O. W. branches with events & meetings that spark transformation through accurate teaching, authentic love, fellowship, and friendship, and collaboration, as well as activities of mentoring and discipleship.
